Finally bought myself a decent watch. 21 years of age and my first non-Hello Kitty watch! =))
Rose gold, my current favourite type of bling.
I was never really a watch person but I figured it's time to start growing up ahaha.

What to wear on a cold summer day
This outfit was put together when the weather forecast predicted a cold day, but the day turned out to be really hot and the outfit was a *fail*. I ended up taking off my sweater and wishing I could take off more, hahaha. Nonetheless I think the outfit would have been great for a cold day!
Sweater: passed down from my mom. VINTAGE LOL.
I wore a long sleeved beige tee under the sweater which was passed down ages ago (by my sister), rolled up the sleeves and got myself an interesting dual tone going on there.
Skirt: Cotton On (got it from DFO for $10)
Tights: can't remember, but black tights are all more or less the same, this pair is a lil opaque.
Boots: from K-mart. Hahaha.
Low budget from head to toe! Proof that you don't have to be rich to dress nicely, at least in my opinion.

Final Exam Day
This was what I wore on my last day of exams. I wanted something really comfy but not too shabby as I was planning on taking my dad and sister around after the paper, so I simply pulled on my casual weaved sweater over a floral dress.
Weaved sweater from Dotti, dress from Kitschen, bag from Elle, boots from Imagination.
Simple Spanish food before our day trip to Mount Dandenong! was goodd.

So this is where it all starts again
I doubt this will be the permanent site, but I've decided to start blogging again. This time, I will practice special caution so as to not reveal too much of myself in my blog because some people will never understand how a blog is sometimes meant to be a personal journal and outlet, and not judged. The main purpose of this blog would be to write about make up and beauty stuff, because I have been wanting to write these make up reviews since forever, but gave it all up when I lost hope in blogging. Perhaps I could do a better job this time.
So here I am, ending the day with a My Beauty Mask (Apple Polyphenol) while starting a blog. Might as well talk about masks for a bit.
I know many people doubt the power of masks, I mean, you could hardly believe that applying a damp piece of tissue on your face everyday will make you prettier, right? Well, you are absolutely right. I really don't think that you would be prettier (or handsomer, if there's such a word) with any type of skincare.
The idea of skincare, is simply to protect your current skin condition. To prevent aging, or acne. You could never revert back to your 20 year old skin when you are 30 simply through skincare. However, you could maintain your 30 year old skin till the day you hit 40. Well of course, figuratively speaking. You can never stop aging, you could only try your best in preventing it from happening.
Which brings us back to masks; masks are one of the many procedures to skincare, they feed your face with extra nutrients (which of course will still be lost eventually, so you'll have to keep feeding it) to keep it healthy and elastic. It would be a good idea to treat yourself to a good mask now and then, since every step taken is a step closer to protecting your skin.
So which type of mask should I use?
Good question. I think it would be best to ask the salesperson when you are purchasing from a shop. If you are purchasing from a beauty outlet or skincare store they would definitely have a range of masks catering for different types of skin. My personal favourite brand of mask is My Beauty Diary. I always wake up with a healthy glow after a beauty sleep following half an hour with a Beauty Diary mask. They have a large variety of different masks to choose from (and this often gets me very excited), so you'd definitely find one to your liking. Of course, there are many other good brands that you can explore with, I'd say that it's a good idea to step into a beauty store to find out what you could do with your face, if you aren't already on a skincare regime. It's never too late to start caring for your skin. =)
